Has it been a minute since you've hit the gym? Are you looking to build strength in a way that feels sustainable, intelligent, and connected to your whole body? Are you ciurious about HARCore but haven't taken it yet?
Core Foundations is a 60-minute workshop designed to introduce the fundamentals of core strength, stability, and breath. Together we'll explore what the core actually is through exercise, how our core supports movement and posture, and how breath connects to core work to help create a stronger, more resilient foundation.
This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels and may be especially helpful if you returning to exercise after time away, are interested in developing a deeper connection to your core, or want to prepare your body for HARDCore.
In this workshop we'll functionally explore:
• The role of the core in everyday movement and exercise
• Breath and core connection
• Stability, balance, and alignment
• Foundational exercises you can practice at home
All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
You'll need a mat (or soft surface), comfortable clothing, and water. Camera on or off—totally up to you (camera on = open to feedback).
A recording will be sent within 24 hours and will remain available for one month.
