A lower-impact core strengthening class, approached through alignment and sensing the different parts of the core. Focuses will include not only the abdominal wall but the deep abdominals, pelvic floor, obliques, lower back, glutes, hips, thighs, root and sacral chakras, and the cauda equina or “tail of nerves” which extend at the root of the spine. Yoga or exercise mat, water, comfortable clothing.
