Welcome 2026 with an embodiment practice that weaves together varied forms of yoga and breath-led movement. We’ll focus on grounding our energy and cultivating spaciousness and resilience in the body, making room for new possibilities in the year ahead. This class is inspired by the tarot cards of the year (The Magician, The Wheel of Fortune, and The Sun). We will explore how their archetypal themes can support and inform the way we move into 2026. This is a 60 minute class.
